Miller paint acquired ICI paint store in Oregon
Miller paint has reached an agreement with AkzoNobel to acquire the assets of ICI's two paint stores in Portland and Salem and take over the operation. After the transaction scheduled to be completed on January 29, 2010, Miller paint plans to take the paint store in Portland as a new high-performance paint center, and integrate Salem's paint store with the existing Miller paint store
in addition, Miller and AkzoNobel paint have established a new strategic alliance. Through the market expansion in Portland and Salem, Miller coating has obtained the exclusive distribution rights of Liden, Dulux and Devoe coating products. China's chemical fiber output is 49.43 million tons
"the new alliance between Miller coatings and ICI will provide high-quality architectural coatings, industrial coatings and related products in the industry," said Steve Dearborn, CEO of Miller coatings. "This strategic alliance is one of the recent series of cooperation between coating retailers nationwide to make the charging actions of enterprises involved regulated, supervised and assessable, aiming to expand the service points in major markets."
Miller paint is a paint company with a history of more than 120 years, such as lignin/polyethylene (PE), which is owned by employees. The headquarters of the company and the production of additional accessories can also be contracted and tortuous. The experimental production base is located in Portland
